*By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below and I’m not responsible for any incovenience if you choose to not read them.

❤ General ❤

✦ Please be accurate and concise with your commission information. Do not forget to provide all the references.
✦ I am not responsible for your commission being rejected by Twitch or any other platform, so make sure your request is in appliance with the guidelines of the preferred platform.
✦ If you decide to commission me, please make sure my art style fits for your needs. Do not request me to draw in any other art style.
✦ If you wish me to prepare my artwork for animation, please inform me beforehand. An additional fee will be charged for cutting.
✦ Sketch will be provided to you for approval before I start working on line art and coloring.
✦ Only color revisions are possible to the final artwork.
✦ I have the right to refuse any commission.
✦ If I have any trouble sending you the commission: email was wrong, didn’t receive email, resizes are wrong, etc. Please contact me and I will try to fix it, if you receive the commission and you do not notify me of these type of situations I will assume everything was OK and you received the commission.

❤ Payment ❤

✦ I requiere payment upfront. I will not start your commission until payment has been sent.
✦ Commissions are in $USD only.
✦ Half-paid before to start just on twitter and trought PAYPAL.
✦ PayPal invoice will be sent to the commissioner after agreement between artist and commissioner.
✦ If you are from Mexico I accept pesos.
✦ Modifications of the finished design will only be possible as an additional charge.
✦Payment through Paypal will be charged with an extra $2 USD to the final price.

❤ Process ❤

✦ I start on the requested art only after I get the payment.
✦I do unlimited revisions during the sketching phase, after you're satisfied with the sketch, no more changes will be made.
✦ Turn around time will be between 1-2 weeks (working days), or longer depending on the amount of commission.
✦Remember I’m not only working with you, I’m working with more clients just like you so I can tend to delay sometimes.

❤ Copyright ❤

✦ All my art is public unless a date is given. (I take the liberty of being able to publish my art, both final and #WIPS, without previous) No extra fee will be charged.
✦ If you do not want your commission be displayed, extra fee will be charged.
✦ Commissions are for personal use only. Commissions are digital files only (PNG, GIF, PSD)
✦ Please do not edit, copy, trace or recell my work.
✦You can repost my finished commissions with proper credit.
✦Commissioner is not allowed to reproduce or alter commissioned piece to resell for profit.

❤ Cancelling ❤

✦You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
✦If money has not been sent yet in 36 hrs the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
